Dear DigiRes customer, One of our transit/upstream providers is experiencing performance issues today, especially in the morning, this affected performance for connections routed over this transit. We have disabled the BGP sessions with this upstream provider and are routing our traffic via alternative transits for the time-being. We are watching the progress while this upstream/transit provider is working on a solution so that we can re-enable the session once their network is stable and performing well again. Everything on our side is stable. We will update this thread as soon as we have more information. [UPDATE 21:13] The upstream provider has found the problem, it's a software leak/exploit in Brocade firmware which is affecting networks globally at the moment, they started rolling out an upgrade on their hardware. Again: Everything on our side is stable. We will update this thread as soon as we have more information. [UPDATE 22:41] The upstream provider has updated the firmware of their Brocade hardware and all looks good. We will keep monitoring this the next hours and if all is working well, we will re-enable our BGP sessions with them again. Again: Everything on our side is stable. We will update this thread as soon as we have more information. [SOLVED] We're confident that the network of the upstream provider is stable again and thus that the firmware update has worked. We have re-enabled the BGP sessions again, and will keep monitoring the network. Sincerely, Digital Residence B.V.
