Dear DigiRes customer,
We are experiencing problems with on one of our routers and have shut it down as it has an hardware failure. Therefor we need to replace the failed router otherwise we are no longer redundant due to the shutdown of the defective router, there is no way around it, we need to replace it now.
The new router is from a different hardware manufacture therefore we might expect issues if we only replace one due to incompatibility, therefor we have also decided to replace both existing routers with two new core routers within the same emergency maintenance window.
